Oliver Baillie brings over two decades of executive experience across fintech, banking, and global financial services - having led businesses at startup, scale-up, and FTSE100 level across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.
His career has been defined by operating in complex, high-stakes environments: scaling regulated businesses, driving transformation inside major financial institutions, and embedding governance, risk, and compliance frameworks where the margin for error is zero.
It is precisely this discipline - built across some of the world's most demanding markets - that underpins how Plain Tiger operates.
